Welcome to La Vie En Rose Cafe. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at lavieenrosecafe.in and the services we offer, including table reservations, Luxury Celebration Cabin bookings, and franchise enquiries. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the La Vie En Rose website or making a reservation through any of our channels, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
2. Reservations & Bookings
Table Reservations
- Reservations can be made online via our booking page, by phone, or through our WhatsApp channel
- All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone
- We request that you arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. Late arrivals may result in your table being released
- For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly at lavieenrosecafehyd@gmail.com
- La Vie En Rose reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour or violations of our house policies
Luxury Celebration Cabins
- Cabin bookings for private celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, etc.) require a booking deposit at the time of reservation
- Cabin bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance; same-day availability is not guaranteed
- Decoration preferences must be communicated at the time of booking; last-minute requests may not be accommodated
- Maximum occupancy per cabin must be adhered to for safety and comfort
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Table Reservations:
- Cancellations made more than 2 hours before your reservation time — no charge
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before — we appreciate a courtesy call to help us manage table availability
- Repeated no-shows may result in future reservation restrictions
Luxury Celebration Cabins:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking — full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before — 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before — deposit is non-refundable
- Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before are accommodated subject to availability, with no additional charge
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our menu and website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Walk-in and table reservation dining is paid at the cafe upon completion of your meal
- Luxury Celebration Cabin deposits are payable online or via UPI/bank transfer at the time of booking
- Any additional services, decorations, or upgrades requested on the day are payable on-site
- We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash at our locations
In the event of a pricing error on the website, La Vie En Rose reserves the right to correct the error and notify you before processing your reservation.
5. Conduct & House Rules
La Vie En Rose is a premium romantic cafe environment. To preserve the ambiance for all guests, we ask that you observe the following:
- Maintain a respectful noise level appropriate to a fine dining and celebration setting
- Smoking is not permitted inside any La Vie En Rose premises
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-arranged for special dietary requirements
- Personal decorations (balloons, streamers, etc.) brought in by guests must be approved in advance
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furniture, or decor
- Photography for personal use is welcome; commercial photography requires prior written permission
- La Vie En Rose reserves the right to request any guest to leave the premises if their conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate
6. Franchise Enquiries
Information submitted through our Franchise Enquiry form is used solely to evaluate and respond to partnership opportunities. Submitting a franchise enquiry does not create a binding agreement, reservation of territory, or any legal obligation on the part of La Vie En Rose or the enquiring party.
- All franchise discussions are subject to separate Franchise Disclosure Documents and agreements
- La Vie En Rose reserves the right to accept or decline any franchise application at its sole discretion
- Any proprietary information shared during discussions is governed by applicable confidentiality agreements

7. Website Use
The content on lavieenrosecafe.in — including text, images, logos, graphics, and menus — is the intellectual property of La Vie En Rose and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without written permission
- You may not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive
- Automated data extraction (scraping) is strictly prohibited
- We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked from our pages
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website without notice. La Vie En Rose shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the website.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Vie En Rose shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left at any of our premises
- Any allergic reactions arising from food consumed, if we were not informed of allergies at the time of ordering
- Technical issues, delays, or errors on our website or booking systems
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
The health and safety of our guests is a priority. While we take every care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
- Please inform our team of all allergies and dietary requirements when placing your order
- We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
- Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess the risks before dining with us
- Our staff are trained to assist with allergen queries; please ask to speak with a manager if needed
10. Amendments to These Terms
La Vie En Rose reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
